YOUR DETAILS


OUR SERVICES

Further to your inquiry about Full Planning Services for your upcoming wedding ceremony and reception and my involvement in planning and organizing it, it is my understanding that if I am to be retained by you it will commence upon the signing of this contract and end at the conclusion of your wedding reception.

Our full wedding planning service is ideal for the couple who wants to have their wedding planned from the day they set the date to the final dance at the reception. You get the wedding you have always dreamed of without the responsibility of planning all the aspects involved. We help with sourcing your ideal venue, sourcing all vendors needed that fit within your style and budget, help develop your wedding design and implement personal details. We also help you create a timeline and carry it through so that your wedding day flows exactly the way you have envisioned.
OUR FULL PLANNING AND DESIGN SERVICE INCLUDES:
• Regular communication with you via phone/email or video chat.
• Sourcing all vendors required for the wedding, attending all venue and vendor meetings, reviewing vendor contracts and finalizing logistical planning with venue and vendors (services, arrivals, set up etc.).
• Exclusive access to our client portal where we can share notes, review timelines and checklists at any time and access our free wedding website and RSVP tool.
• Custom wedding decor and design including personal touches and details, custom sketches, vision boards and Pinterest will be used to share ideas and help with visualization.
• Complimentary use of Bonafide Events Studio decor inventory.
• Budget development and management including payment schedules and reminders.
• Full communication and logistical management with venue and vendors.
• Keep you on target to make sure all outstanding tasks are completed with timelines and to - do lists.
• Floor plan design and help with seating arrangements if needed.
• Work with Minister to help coordinate ceremony details.
• Work with your Emcee to ensure the reception runs smoothly.
• Ceremony and reception rehearsal coordination.
Coordinate all of the activities of your wedding day including event itinerary development and implementation.
• Communicate final wedding details with your wedding party.
• Full day of coordination on your wedding day.
• Complete set up and tear down of all personal and decor items ensuring your wedding venue is set up properly with special décor items including favours, centerpieces, cake table, napkins,  gift table, memory table. We also take down and organize all personal and decor items at the end of the reception.
• Supervise your wedding day photo session if needed.
• Collect all wedding gifts and keepsakes at the end of your reception and ensure they are given to a responsible party.
• Resolve any issues that may arise and provide you with a fully stocked emergency kit.
• Provide at least one additional assistant on your wedding day.

TERMS

Each vendor is suggested based solely on their merit. Bonafide Events Studio nor myself, take kick- backs or finders fees from venues or vendors. You will only be shown vendors that fit with your style, theme and budget. I further understand that my role where venue/vendors are concerned is to be that of an advisor, and that it shall be you who makes all final decisions on the choice of venue/vendors. I will implement your selections.

As compensation for my services, you will pay Bonafide Events Studio $3955 ($3500 plus HST) with payments to be made as follows:

• An initial payment of $500, upon signing this contract (non-refundable)
• Payment schedule: 14 payments of $246.79 as follows: April 1, 2020, May 1, 2020, June 1, 2020, July 1 2020, August 1 2002, September 1, 2020, October 1, 2020, November 1, 2020, January 1, 2021, February 1, 2021, March 1, 2021, April 1, 2021, May 1, 2021, and the day of your rehearsal.

This contract includes travel to all wedding related meetings and full day of management.

In order, to properly perform our responsibilities, I will require a meal for myself as well as my assistant at the reception in the main dining area with your guests, so we can assure the quality of food and service, as per your contract with the caterer. This will also allow us to stay on top of all the details throughout the reception.

FORCE MAJEURE

Bonafide Events Studio nor myself will be held liable for failure to perform our duties if such failure is as a result of Acts of God or Superior Force (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of technology or telephone service.

MAKING PAYMENTS

Normally a set of post-dated cheques made payable to Bonafide Events Studio is required, so as, to ensure timely payment. However, we will provide you with an invoice that outlines your payment schedule. We accept cash, e-transfer or cheque mailed to Bonafide Events Studio. 225 Coulton Drive. If payments are not made seven days following the payment due date, this agreement shall be rendered null and void, and I will provide no further work or services for your wedding unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
You may cancel this contract at any time, for any reason, provided 7 days written notice is given. In the event, that you cancel this contract, I will provide no further work or services and there shall be no refund of payments made prior to the date of cancellation. If Bonafide Events Studio cancels this contract for any reason all payments will be refunded to the client. The client will be responsible for making payments to all service providers hired for the wedding day. In the event, that balances are due on the day of the wedding, Bonafide Events Studio can distribute those payments on your behalf provided they are sealed in an envelope and clearly labeled.
You will be a client of Bonafide Events Studio. If for unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to complete work on this wedding for reasons other than a personality dispute, a comparable wedding planner will be assigned by Bonafide Events Studio.

By signing this contract, you also give me the right to use images from your wedding in my personal portfolio, as well as on the Bonafide Events Studio website and social media sites only. Bonafide Events Studio, nor I, will use any images obtained at your wedding for advertisement campaigns, unless further written approval is obtained from you.

ACCEPTANCE

To be legally binding, both parties must initial any changes to this contract. A signature by yourself as well as your initial payment of $500 signifies acceptance of the information detailed herein.
