Bonafide Events Studio offers top-tier wedding coordination and design services to ensure that your big day runs smoothly and stress-free. My main goal is to help you create a meaningful and thoughtful celebration that enhances your guests' experience.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT
The Brussels Four Winds Barn may be a DIY venue, but that doesn't mean you have to go it alone. I will step in to seamlessly manage all the behind-the-scenes logistics, from setting up tables and chairs to arranging decor, ironing out all of the details with your vendors, creating a detailed timeline and more. You can relax and enjoy your day while I handle the nitty-gritty details.
I will settle your nerves with my wedding day management service. Upon booking, you will get access to your personalized wedding planning workbook that you will manage so you can keep track of your plans and efficiently share your details with me.
I will meet with you for a preliminary timeline development meeting upon booking to discuss the flow of the day and anything that may have been overlooked and then meet with you again six weeks before your wedding to learn more about the details and I will check in with you along the way!
I will attend one venue site visit, finalize and confirm arrangements with your chosen vendors, and construct and follow through with your wedding itinerary.
You will be able to be fully present at your wedding knowing you have a detailed wedding coordinator by your side.

DESIGN
You have a vision of what you want your wedding to look like but you are unsure of how to pull all your wedding details together into one cohesive design. I will review your wedding plans and learn more about your vision and design aesthetic.
I will then create a custom design and vision board that suits your personalities and the vibe of your wedding. Once your design proposal is approved, I will source all of your decor, stationery and rental elements.
Rental coordination, set up & onsite styling and tear down are all included. This includes moving tables and chairs at the barn and placing them back in their original place after the wedding as per the Brussels Four Winds Barn rental agreement.
